Looking at implementing Intel ATM, however we need to confirm via SCCM config Manager 1511 how many devices have Intel ATM compatible processors.
Is there a tool/addon we can leverage to deploy and discover Intel ATM compatible processors?

Running AMT requires both a vPro-capable processor and a vPro-capable chipset. Missing either will disable support for vPro. Bottom line, you need to determine whether support for vPro is present. I see some articles about this on the web; best seems to be here: https://itpeernetwork.intel.com/identifying-vpro-clients-and-their-amt-status-in-sccm/#gs.v93evo.
Hope this helps,

A vPro-capable system is achieved by combining a vPro-capable processor with a vPro-capable chipset-based motherboard. In the 4th generation, the vPro-capable chipset was the Q87.
Both the i7-4790 and i5-4690 are vPro-capable (see comparison: https://ark.intel.com/content/www/us/en/ark/compare.html?productIds=80810,80806), so downgrading from the i7 to the i5 will still garner a vPro-capable system.
