In my experience, folks have had little luck getting modern AMD graphics cards to work in the older Intel Desktop Board products. Better luck has been seen with Nvidia cards, but I have data for only GTX 1050 and older cards.
We were unsure why this was the case. With the 2nd gen/6 Series boards, we thought that the issue was with PCIe backwards compatibility. With the 3rd gen/7 Series boards, however, there isn't any backwards compatibility issue, but we really didn't have any data one way or the other.
At the end of the day, I can only say: try it. Make sure you enable UEFI.
Hope this helps,

Hello, @Maridel

Thank you for posting on the Intel️® communities.

We have a forum for those specific products and questions so we are moving it to the Processors Forum since the Intel NUCs forum is for inquiries about this specific product.

Due to this product being discontinued, Intel Customer Service no longer supports inquiries for it, I am glad to see that fellow community members have the knowledge and they jumped in and helped. You may also find the Discontinued Products website, helping to address your request.

You can get the specifications and verify this product's discontinuance status at the Intel® Product Specifications website > Marketing Status > "Discontinued":  Intel® Desktop Board DZ77GA-70K

Please keep in mind that this thread will no longer be monitored by Intel. Thank you for your understanding.

Best regards,

Jocelyn M.
