I have been trying to virtual machine but when I tried to enable option vt-x not supported to run virtual client to download gn3 palo alto and other device ios, I have contacted Samsung technical team and  they advised to contact Intel or vm customer care. finally I come to know this forum may be useful.

any advise would be helpful
