looking for buying an htpc and i have two options with those at the same price

which has performance that are relevant for htpc use? playing 1080p direct watch etc...

The J2850 is an embedded-line processor based on Intel Atom architecture. Support (like drivers) should come from device vendor. i5 have more decent graphics solution and supports more RAM.
