[U-boot] i2c probe -> no valid chip addresses

Hi All,

When I run the i2c probe u-boot command, I'm receiving the following:

i2c probeValid chip addresses: SOCFPGA_ARRIA5#

What does it mean? Was no i2c devices detected on the i2c bus?

Thank you!

Yes, I've ran the following:

SOCFPGA_ARRIA5# # define CONFIG_CMD_I2C

SOCFPGA_ARRIA5# i2c probe

Valid chip addresses:

SOCFPGA_ARRIA5#

It seems there are no valid chip selects ....

What are the proposal next steps?

Thank you

No idea yet, by the way before this, curious did you enable the i2c driver before all this with your arria V?

"did you enable the i2c driver" - are you about enabling the I2C Controller in Peripheral Pins Mux in HPS? Yes, I did so... It's enabled...
