Dear all,
I am doing Modelsim simulation of DDR SDRAM, the steps are as described in External Memory Interface Handbook Volume 6:Using High-Performance DDR, DDR2, and DDR3 SDRAM with SOPC Builder. However, in Modelsim simulation, the jtag_uart_drive terminal shuts immediately after open, which made me can not perform further actions. Anyone experiences this problem? I am using the Windows 7 operating system, and checks windows compatibility (http://www.google.com.hk/search?hl=en&safe=active&&sa=x&ei=buebtjnthckpcfm97z8k&ved=0cbgqvwuoaq&q=windows+compatibility&spell=1), but still can not slove this problem. Anyone can help me? Thank you very much!Link Copied

I have resolved the problem using the option "Create ModelSim alias to open an interactive stimulus/response window—" in sopc builder options. Be sure to recompile and generate the new system.
