I need to have DSP kit having following specs. 

 

1GB Ram(Max) 

Ports: 485 * 2 & 422 Ethernet * 2  

Port :232* 2  

Serial to USB Converter (1 MB Support)  

Battery Supported  

Touch Screen Compatibility (Having VGA or HDMA Jack)  

Linux & Android Compatible 

 

 

Please give me feedback in this aspect.

I don't know any Altera kit that can run Android. You'll probably have to try and put an ARM but it won't be an easy task. You'll probably have better chance with a hardcore ARM board instead of a kit from Altera.
