API initialization failed

Hello

I've installed the Intel CPU Runtime for OpenCL Applications (Version 18.1.016) and Intel System Studio 2019 Update 1 for Windows (version 2019.0.1.050) and the Visual Studio integration of the Code Builder.

My Visual Studio version is 15.9.6.

During startup of Visual Studio I get the following error message:

API initialization failed: Failed to get any platforms for machine 'ABC'

Can you specify your machine environment (processor, graphic card, driver version for graphic card)?

Also, can you send us log from "clinfo" tool? You can get it here: https://github.com/Oblomov/clinfo

You can run it through command line: "clinfo.exe > clinfo_log.txt". You can attach "clinfo_log.txt" file here.
