Hi,
just know that OpenCL site may not be best place to ask.. please move to correct subforum..
just saw Nvidia Tegra X1 Jetson board with VisionWorks and seeing Khronos OpenVX conformance site I see that Intel has "OpenVX SDK for Intel(R) Core(TM) and Intel(R) Atom (TM)" approved so..
I would like to have access even in beta from.. can you share some ETA?
also Nvidia implementation seems using CUDA and GPU accelerated is OpenVX Intel implementation using iGPU via OpenCL? if not using AVX 2 from CPU?
thanks..

Hi,
We are working on "OpenVX SDK for Intel(R) Core(TM) and Intel(R) Atom (TM)", but I cannot comment on the planned release date of this product nor on its potential capabilities. Please watch this space, as I will add announcement on OpenVX to this forum as well.

Hi,
just seen on today Khronos OpenVX 1.1 press release :
"Conformant OpenVX 1.0 implementations and tools are shipping from AMD, Imagination, Intel,.."
Can provide some update on avaiability of Intel OpenVX SDK? as since last time also now AMD ships a OpenVX SDK making Intel the last IHV on PC offering one.. thanks..

We are working on it, should be ready soon - that's all I can say for now.
I played with it already: it is pretty cool. Stay tunes.

Beta/preview launch is expected in Q3 2016. As Robert mentioned, this forum is a great place to watch as more details come in.

We just launched a product page on Intel(R) Computer Vision SDK, which is our implementation of OpenVX:
https://software.intel.com/computer-vision-sdk
Please watch this page for more info, including about the preview release date. Current plans indicate the preview should be available by Q1 2017. We've already demoed working versions at IDF and ICIP.

While we don't have a specific date to announce for the release yet, a lot of work is going on internally to prepare. As part of this preparation we have repurposed the computer vision forum for Computer Vision SDK.
