Hello,
thanks for replay - I can't install driver from your download center since I'm using Dell E6440 and it refuses to install driver from your link. The latest driver DELL is offering:
Intel HD, HD 4000/4200/4400/4600/5000/5100/5200/5300/5500 Graphics Driver.

Issues prevail - same symptoms:
Code Builder initialization failed"
Unable to load DLL "KernelBuilderAPI.dll": The specified procedure could not be found. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8007007F)

for driver update I used "win64_153631.4414.exe" and during installing I got:
The driver being installed is not validated for this computer. Please obtain the appropriate driver from the computer manufacturer. Setup will exit.
then I used DELL Video_Driver_FGGYJ_WN32_10.18.14.4280_A17.EXE and even though MS Visual 2015 issue still prevail and have message:
Code Builder initialization failed"
Unable to load DLL "KernelBuilderAPI.dll": The specified procedure could not be found. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8007007F)
By updating driver thru Device Manager "Automatically for driver software" then driver is "updated" to very old version of year 2013.

Don't use the "search for drivers autimatically" but rather "browse my comptuer for driver software" and then select the binary you downloaded. This at least worked for me.

where is binary located ? win64_153631.4414.exe run into troubles but on progress bar you can see some "unpacking" - where those binaries are located to update driver?
Are sure the problem with MS Visual is due to driver version?

just F.Y.I. Dell is keeping drivers at C:\Drivers folder so when "browse my computer for driver software" it finds DELL drivers. SO I need to know where your driver is copied (what location) from win64_153631.4414.exe
