I am trying to put together a computer, the work I do is cad, 3d modeling and rendering (visualisations)
The processor I have chosen is Intel i9 12th generation 16core 5 GHZ as I understand it the chipset of the motherboard needs to be compatible with the processor and cooling is the king, as a lot of heat is generated when rendering visualisations. so the motherboard needs an efficient cooling system beyond that I don't know what is best .
My budget is between £350 and £500 for the motherboard unless you know different
Thanking you in anticipation

You will do better by using a site like toms hardware for your building effort.
Usually, you select the motherboard first, then see what processors are supported by the motherboard bios.
Also, Intel has not made motherboards in a decade.
Doc (not an Intel employee or contractor)
[Maybe Windows 12 will be better]
