Installation error

I have downloaded an SDK for OpenCL Application (intel_sdk_for_opencl_applications_2020.3.494), but I am unable to install it using the license file (from the Registration Center) - C9B3-FXKGC63W. The error message - Registration failed for an unknown reason.
