Intel SDK for OpenCL Applications 2016 R3 for windows setup wizard ended prematurely

When installing intel_sdk_for_opencl_setup_6.3.0.1904, I encountered some error attached in the file. What can i do to solve this problem?Thanks for your advise.

CPU: Inter core i7-3770

IDE: visual studio Professional 2015 14.0.25431.01 update3

tools version: intel_sdk_for_opencl_setup_6.3.0.1904
