Hi, I'm working for a private company that develops and sells a remote sensing software product. We are currently using OpenCL to speedup our algorithms. Since we usually sell our product as a self-contained application, I would like to know whether it is (legally) possible to include the intel OpenCL CPU runtime redistributable within our application installer.
Thanks!
Marco

Hi Marco
Yes, the OpenCL CPU runtime is redistributable. See more details at the SDK EULA at: http://software.intel.com/en-us/articles/opencl-sdk-eula/
After installing the SDK version 2013, you will find the file redist.txt under the installed folder with more details on which files can be redistributed.
Regards,
Arnon
