Hello

I am engaged in the design of computer motherboards and have encountered some problems.

I want to know impedance effects on CPU power delivery.Could you guide me to the Intel-related documents (Public Intel design guides and academic papers explain how impedance impacts voltage stability, why low impedance across frequency ranges is critical, and how techniques like servicetitan decoupling capacitor placement and VRM design help maintain CPU reliability.)and PDN (Power Distribution Network) design?If Farmer is willing to help me, I would be extremely grateful.
