https://software.intel.com/en-us/articles/intel-code-builder-for-opencl-api
The above page has the name of the public key but not the public key itself. (Link is not enabled)
I downloaded the 2013 public key which has the same name but I still get "NOT OK Missing Keys" when I try check the signature of rpm files using rpm --checksig.
Can anyone help me?
The product page should itself contain the link to the public key.

I'm seeing the same here on a recent install. I'll check on what is happening. In the meantime, I just successfully installed Code Builder with
$ cd MediaServerStudioProfessional2015R6 $ tar -xvzf intel_code_builder_for_opencl_mss_2015_5.0.0.93_x64.tgz $ cd intel_code_builder_for_opencl_mss_2015_5.0.0.93_x64 $ ./install.sh --ignore-signature

Will this work on Ubuntu 14.04?

It should. I tested on Ubuntu 12.04. Hoping to have more updates with a better answer than "--ignore-signature" too.
