@Alberto_R_Intel This is a new PC. And the problem only happens on CS2,  cause in HIO4 and BattleField 5 there is no this prob. Things began when CS2 published, and yet this happens when I am playing games. And this problem can improved when I open "Excellent Performance". But but, things still happens! And compare the CPUs' working, I found there are always some cores didn't work! And my GPU is 4060, it's working only 60%, so I don't think it's the prob of GPU.
