Unfortunately, the "Intel® SDK for OpenCL" was not installed, it is possible (?) That I have a graphics core in Intel Core 9 instead of a video card.
Windows Installer installed the product. Product: Intel® SDK for OpenCL ™ - CPU only runtime package for Intel® Core ™ and Intel® Xeon® Processors. Version: 6.4.0.37. Language: 1033. Manufactured by: Intel Corporation. Installation completed with status 1603.
