sir, I have a laptop HP ProBook  6560b

system configuration 

Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-2430M CPU @ 2.40GHz, 2401 Mhz, 2 Core(s), 4 Logical Processor(s)

Sockets Supported PPGA988

I want to upgrade this processor 

so sir send me a processor list to upgrade...

You are in the wrong forum.

Contact HP and ask them what processors are compatible with their bios, then choose from those.
