Hi Hardik679, the compatible motherboards are listed here:
http://processormatch.intel.com/MotherBoards/CompatibleBoards?componentName=i5-4690K http://processormatch.intel.com/MotherBoards/CompatibleBoards?componentName=i5-4690K
Unfortunately, no Intel® Desktop Boards are compatible with this processor.

"Unfortunately, NO Intel® Desktop Boards are compatible with this processor."
and you don't feel that is quite disappointing statement?
Since I assemble PCs (mainly for my needs) I prefer combination Intel processor + Intel MB cause I had impression that Intel guys know what they do. If I am not eager for overclocking why would I change to some other MBs brand, right?
.
Apparently, selecting from your last updated processor + motherboards based on socket is not sufficient so as customer I ended up with incompatible product = no ability to restart or put machine into sleep mode! not even saying about time being spent to find the root problem what also resulted in useless bios updates. I have doubt the store takes the product back due that reason.
Yes, please check compatibility site first, the lesson was learnt and you have one customer of your MBs less I guess
