I have few Intel NUC model NUC12SNK

Product Code RNUC12SNKi7200U 

Board S/N: MQSN23000714

 

Trying to find BIOS Update but proved to be difficult, auto scan from Intel website keeps on giving me errors and wanting to refresh browser.

 

Anyone knows where I can directly download the BIOS for this?  

 

It's complaining it's not compatible with Windows 11.

Your Serpent is most certainly compatible with W11.
