Hello, my cpu i5 2430M turns off every 30 minutes after switching on, but this is not the fault of the temperature or the bios. I have another processor of your production, and it does not turn off like that. I have Graphics

Intel® HD Graphics 3000

Sp, one processor works and the other does not?

That would tell me that one processor is faulty  or not supported by your bios.

However, turning off every 30 minutes tells me you have munged the Intel ME in the bios.

Be more specific:  what is the other processor? what is the motherboard and bios level.  Look in the bios and tell use what the ME version is.

Have you solved in some way? I've the same problems on a f55a laptop from Asus, original CPU pentium b980 works fine, I upgraded to an i7 2630qm and exactly after 30 minutes pc turns off, tried also disabling every possible hibernate/sleep function

As I said before - "However, turning off every 30 minutes tells me you have munged the Intel ME in the bios."
