Birch Stream-SP : PLTRST_SYNC is not comming out

We are developing a Birch stream platform motherboard.
I have a problem with the PLTRST_SYNC signal not coming from the CPU. Can you help me? All CPU power rails were turned on, and after the CPU received the S0_PWROK signal,
the Reference Clock runs and issued a REFCLK_READY signal,
and then the CPUPWRGOOD signal was received normaly.
According to the documentation,
the PLTRST_SYNC signal goes to "High", the BIOS code should be loaded and run.
But PLTRST_SYNC signal is stayed "low" forever.
What things should I check?

I have attached scope shoot from my motherboard.
- Yellow : S0_PWROK
- Green : PVCCIN (CPU Core Power rail)
- Blue : CPUPWRGOOD
- Cabaret : REF_CLK

Thanks.

Yoobong, Thank you for posting in the Intel® Communities Support.

We will be more than glad to assist you with this matter.

In order for us to provide the most accurate assistance on this scenario, could you please provide the complete model of the Intel® processor being used?

Any questions, please let me know.

Yoobong, You are very welcome. Thank you very much for confirming that information and sharing the picture.

Based on the picture you provided, we would like to let you know that the processor being used is what we call an "Engineering Sample". Please read the information shown in the link below for additional details on this topic:

Dear Albert,

FIrst of all, thank you for your quick response.
You're right. The motherboard we are developing is using an Engineering Sample
CPU which is in the development stage at Intel.

Our motherboard is desined by referring to the Customer reference Board
of this CPU, but we ran into a problem where the PLTRST_SYNC signal did not work properly.

Out of frustration, we decided to post here in the hope that we could get help from COmmunity.
Is there any way to get feedback from Intel's development team?

Hello Yoobong, I just received an update on this matter.

In reference to your question, for technical support, it will be needed for you to get in contact with the Intel business unit that provided the product, the one that provided the processor. As an option, you can also get in contact with our Intel® Authorized Distributors and ask for a FAE (Filed Application engineer) for him/her to assist you:
