Defective Intel I7 10700F: Freezes and reboots constantly.

I have tested an Intel I7 10700F processor and after a few years it presented a fairly serious problem and I don't know if there would be a solution for it.
Every time I turn it on and log in, the computer works for 3 minutes and freezes, minutes later it restarts itself and the same problem happens again.

Can anyone give me a suggestion?

Replace the thermal paste.

Clean the cooler and fans.

Properly mount the cooler and fans.

Insure the case fans are working.

insure adequate ventilation.

Update your bios.

I had previously updated the bios of the motherboards, changed the thermal pastes, tried new coolers, with lower and better power, but the processor no longer shows an image

Hello Leandross,

Thank you for posting in Intel community Forum.

Base on you previous reply, the issue is not yet fixed.

Best way to identify which component is causing the issue is to perform swap test.

That means install your processor on a different board and/or install another processor on your system to know which component is faulty.

If you have questions, please let us know. Thank you.
