Can anyone please let me know whether Intel® Xeon® w5-3425 Processor supports VPCLMULQDQ? Also please provide a web-link (preferably from Intel that supports it presence)

We would like to inform you that VPCLMULQDQ was introduced with early Ice Lake or the 3rd Generation Intel® Xeon® Scalable Processors.

This is included when the processor supports AVX-512 as part of the Instructions Set. Please refer the below link for reference.
