Hello slojure
Thank you for posting on the Intel️® communities. Please share with us the Intel® System Support Utility (Intel® SSU) results:
- Download the Intel SSU https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility-for-Windows-
- Open the application and select "Everything" click on "Scan" to see the system and device information. By default, Intel® SSU will take you to the "Summary View".
- Click on the menu where it says "Summary" to change to "Detailed View".
- To save your scan, click on "Next", then "Save".

After checking the information provided we noticed that you're not running the latest BIOS version. Please contact the system manufacturer for BIOS and firmware updates. Let us know if the issue persists after the updates.

Asus laptop means Asus bios. That is where you go for your bios.

Hello Community
I've a similar problem on an Asus UX305 - Device Manager showing an error for the Intel Dynamic Platform & Thermal Framework driver:
Driver Management has concluded the process to add Service DptfManager for Device Instance ID ACPI\INT3400\2&DABA3FF&1 with the following status: 0.
This error appears to date to some automatic update being applied in March 2023 (I think!).
The driver installed dates from 2015 and is version 604.10146.2651.1559.
Details from the Support Sys Utility Attached.
Any suggestions on where to obtain an updated driver would be much appreciated!
