¡Hola!

· What steps have you done to troubleshoot the issue?
· What BIOS setting changes have been done during the system set up?
· Is this clean Operating system (OS) installation or a cloned OS from another system?
· I would like to gather more information about the configuration you have on the computer. Please attach to this thread the TXT file the Intel® System Support Utility will generate: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility
· Steps to save the report:
1- Run the utility.
2- Click on “Scan” to get the scanned system.
3- Once the scan is complete click on “next”.
4- Use the “save” option, save the report to your desktop.

Hello Leonardo!
I have installed (clean) windows 10 pro again and the problem still appear.
The CMD (with the command powercfg /energy) tells me that the computer have a problem of energy efficiency. May be the PSU is not enough? Can you help me with that? Because i don´t know how to use voltage calculators.
The psu isn´t certificated with 80 +. (Thermaltake tr2 500w non pfc)

Hello Navella
Thank you for your response.
I would be important to contact Thermaltake to confirm if the PSU is enough for your system set up and evaluate if the unit is working properly, you can also try reaching Gigabyte for power consumption details also, there are power supply calculators that can be used for guidance.
To rule out any possible issue with the Intel® processor you can run the Intel® processor diagnostic tool. It is also important to run the hardware test for the components on the system set (each manufacturer can help you to run the proper test).
If it is possible try using a different PSU on the system set up.
