All I see is an unsupported Intel processor on an Asus motherboard, some mismatched and mixed speed crucial and kingston memory, and indications of a hardware error.
Your friend has enough problems that requires him/her to contact Asus support.

The CPU supported by your friend's motherboard is E5-2699-v3, not the E5-2673 v4.

As you can see in the above link, you and your friend have problems with your configuration, using an incorrect processor.
