How do I contact Intel Support BY E-MAIL?

Greetings:

 

As per the question: I am near deaf, so calling the help desk is a no-go.

I am also Belgian (Europe, that microbic small dot on the Europe map), which complicates things even more.

Hence I need to revert to e-mail, however, I fail to find a valid e-mail address.

How can I get in touch with them through e-mail (or another WRITTEN form)?

Went to the link, but that did not help me any further, I fear.

No e-mail address found there, and my issue is not to be found there...

which is why I specifically asked for an e-mail address, sir...

To better assist you, please provide us with a description of the problem you are having. If you need technical support, please generate a system report with the Intel® System Support Utility (Intel® SSU) and attach it to this thread, too.

 

  1. Intel® SSU Download link
  2. Open the application and click on "Scan" to see the system and device information. By default, Intel® SSU will take you to the "Summary View".
  3. Click on the menu where it says "Summary" to change to "Detailed View".
  4. To save your scan, click on "Next", then "Save".
