I need to know why I can no longer expand the Manual Tuning..

I formatted my computer recently. I did overclocking before. I want to know why I can no longer expand the Manual Tuning. Is there a specific Windows Update or a Windows Service I need that is required?

I understand you have problems with Intel Extreme software.

I'll like to know more information about your system configuration:

What is the model number of the board?

BIOS version?

Extreme software version?

Also the processor model.
