I want to know whether Intel Cascade Lake R is supported for SAP HANA implementation or not?

I was reviewing your thread and our best recommendation will be to contact SAP Support in order to verify the information with them directly because they should provide you the most accurate information about if their product will be comparable to our Intel Cascade Lake Refresh Processors Family.
