Hi,
I have been trying to use Windows Xp mode in widows 7 for last few days...when i run the detection tool for checking the system compatibility,i get an error saying my Hardware does not support VT(Hardware virtualization technology)..
So far i know my processor supports VT...Till July 11 2009 Intel claimed that this processor have VT support...but yesterday I checked my processor properties using Processor detection...and i have found..my processor actually does not support it...
I am really sorrry to say that...i bought my laptop Dell studio 1555 with Intel T6500 processor only for VT support..now its became worthless for me..
somebody told me that,in my previous Bios release there was an option for Enabling and disabling VT option...But in the new one, there is no such option..

Hi,
In all the documentation i can see it say the CPU dosen't support VT. So the option won't come up in BIOS and even if it does it will be greyed out. Sorry not good news
