Hello dear, I've been having a problem where when I play the games close by themselves, the system continues to work normally.
I did the RAM memory test and it didn't show any errors, and I downloaded a program to monitor my hard drives, and one of them (which I don't use for programs, just for storing files) may have an error but continues to work.
However, I did the processor diagnostic test, and one of the times it gave an error in the prime number, after several tests it gave an error in the floating point and after several tests in the GPUStressW. I must have done around 10 tests (restarting the computer every 2) and it gave an error of 1x floating point, 1x prime number and 2x GPUStressW.
I only monitored the temperature in the final tests, which was when the GPUStressW errors occurred, I did not restart the machine and reran the tests after the two errors in sequence and it passed the test normally.
I noticed that in the tests, the temperature is between 95 and 100°C, I use the Scythe Fuma 3 dual fan air cooler, before I had a weak water cooler and replaced it with this one. I changed the thermal paste recently too.
Typically, the CPU stays between 42 and 57°C without extreme use.
I would like to know: is there a problem with the processor or are these errors probably caused by the temperature and should I change the air cooler? Do the tests really raise the temperature to that point?
And the HD that may have a problem, could it cause games to crash?
When I play Genshim Impact this problem doesn't occur, it doesn't close by itself, but in Counter Strike 2 it closes by itself after a short time on, and I don't think it reaches 100°C.
Thanks for your attention, I apologize if this is the wrong place for this question, I'm new to reddit.

Hello Inukwoj,
Thank you for posting in Intel Communities.
For us to further check, please provide the following details.
1. When did you purchase the unit?
2. Is it working fine before?
3. Did you change any settings before the issue started?
4. Are you running on default settings?
5. You mentioned that you changed the processor cooler. Are you also having this issue when you are using the water cooler?
6 Can you also sent the screenshot of the Intel Processor diagnostic tool result?
If you have questions, please let us know. In case we do not hear from you, we will make a follow up after 3 workings days. Thank you.
Best regards,
