Here is ARK page for your processor (I simply searched for 'SL88F'): https://ark.intel.com/content/www/us/en/ark/products/27436/intel-pentium-4-processor-2-40-ghz-1m-cache-533-mhz-fsb.html. It details that this processor does indeed support HT.

If you look at this page: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Intel_Pentium_4_processors, you will see that the processor was released in March of 2004.
