Hi, I am having problems with the i9-9940x processor!
when I start a program that stresses the PC, the blue screen appears!
RAM test passed, processor test failed!
"CPU 1 - Genuine Intel - Pass.
CPU 1 - BrandString - Pass.
CPU 1 - Cache - Pass.
CPU 1 - MMXSSE - Pass.
CPU 1 - IMC - Pass.
CPU 1 - Prime Number - Pass.
CPU 1 - Floating Point - Not Tested.
CPU 1 - Math - Fail."
the floating point test I deselected it because in the test phase the pc goes on a blue screen. What can I do?
Thanks

In order to better assist you, please provide the following information:
- Provide a picture of the BSOD.
- Was there any hardware upgrade or software/OS update before you stress tested the CPU and got the BSOD?
- What program are you using to stress test the processor?
