I have HP HP EliteDesk 800 G1 USDT ... Widows update from windows 10 to windows 11 is telling me i need to up my CPU to one that will work with Windows 11 This is the CPU that in the PC now...Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4670 CPU @ 3.40GH
How do i find a new one to replace the i have now that fits my PC and also meets Windows 11 requirement

There is no 8th gen or later processor that you can upgrade to. Your current processor is simply not supported for W11 by Microsoft.
However, you can still upgrade. Read this:
