it's not a temperature problem. It does it at random. I Oced it to 4.1 only, because it does not like oc very much, but every now and then, it will dip for a second or 2 to stock clocks.
it's evident especially in the aida64 graph.
I downloaded the intel diagnostic tool and it fails the pch test.
can you tell me what could be wrong with it? thanks.
