Need support on VRM controller development

Hi team,

My company is developing VRM controller compatiable with IMVP9 and VR14. But as we searching on intel.com, we cannot find the latest IMVP9 Specifications, related test profile and etc. Only old version documents are reachable.

We get to know we need Intel representative to give us the access to the latest documents. Can you please help us with the access to these documents?

Plus, we need to purchase GEN5 VR test tool, and we want to contact local Intel representative. But we can't find the contact information. Can you email me the contact information of intel FAE in China mainland? Or you can tell me where I can find the info.

               Thank you!

Hangzhou_SL, I just received an update on this matter.

After double-checking this scenario, it was determined that the best course of action for this matter, even though you mentioned that you already try it, is to register in the Intel® RDC page by filling out the form on the website, after that, once the account is approved, you will be able to submit a web ticket with your request, that's the best source or way to contact the Intel® RDC team:

Hi Albert,

Thank you for your info. And I have called support hotline several times, but the operator kept asking me to contact Intel authorized distributor to get contact with local FAE. They have no resources to help us further except telling me this.

But as we have no business with your distributors, they don't want to help us with this. Yet we still can't making a connection with local FAE. Can you guide me another way to reach Intel FAE resources?

Really appreciate your help.

Best regards,

Gary

Hi Albert,

I have tried these two solutions, but still can't find what I need.

For submitting a ticket in Intel® Resource and Design Center support, they called but they just kept telling me to contact distributor. And getting help from distributor is impossible.

As for Intel® Developer Zone, this is totally for software developer, and I have only hardware related questions.

I get to know if I want access to latest IMVP document, I need to contact INTEL FAE in charge on our company account. Can you help me with how we can find the FAE?

Thank you.

Best regards,

Gary

Hello Hangzhou_SL, Thank you very much for providing those details.

We are sorry to hear that you were not able to get the information that you are looking for. So, I will double-check and do further research in order to try to gather information on how you can get in contact with a FAE in your region.

"but the operator kept asking me to contact Intel authorized distributor to get contact with local FAE", normally that is the way it works, "But as we have no business with your distributors, they don't want to help us with this". I will check if there is another alternative to contact a FAE and as soon as I get any updates I will post all the information on this thread.
