OpenSSL vulnerability - CVE-2023-5363

During scanning our Windows computers for a possible vulnerabilities, we've discovered several OpenSSL libraries created by the OpenSSL toolkit and distributed by Intel DSA

 

"C:\windows\system32\driverstore\filerepository\iclsclient.inf_amd64_4e9e8c349f3a1aca\lib\libssl-3-x64.dll"

"C:\windows\system32\driverstore\filerepository\iclsclient.inf_amd64_4e9e8c349f3a1aca\lib\libcrypto-3-x64.dll"

 

"C:\windows\system32\driverstore\filerepository\iclsclient.inf_amd64_367008a610747d24\lib\libcrypto-1_1-x64.dll"

"C:\windows\system32\driverstore\filerepository\iclsclient.inf_amd64_367008a610747d24\lib\libssl-1_1-x64.dll"

 

How can we get these updated to the correct version of the OpenSSL Toolkit v3.0.13?

We are also seeing the exact same.  Over 8k Dell machines.  It is being found by Microsofts MDE

In our case, all computers with this processors:

11th Gen Intel Core i5-1135G7 (Windows 11 pro)
12th Gen Intel Core i7-1255U (Windows 11 Pro)
6th Gen Intel Core i5-6300U (Windows 10 Pro)

 

(Virus scan in progress ...)
