Problem wint 8086k

Hi, i have problem with my 8086k. This does not work with one mothercard. (Asus rog maximus X, Code 22, check CPU).
With another MB (ROG STRIX Z390-F GAMING), CPU works, but only in BIOS, if I'm try install Windows or use SSD with pre-installed Windows the system starts but freezes after 2-5 minutes. I tried installing Win10, Win 7, on SSD and HDD. And I used the SSD from my second computer. What could be the problem?

I suggest that you update the bios and reset the bios to default. You can also look at these links for more troubleshooting steps:
