Thanks for posting in the Intel communities. I understand that you need a driver for your motherboard related to the Intel® Processor N100.

In this case, only the motherboard manufacturer can provide you with the Management Engine (ME) driver. I recommend you get in contact with the motherboard manufacturer to get the BIOS and driver needed for your system.

Bear in mind that Intill will no longer monitor this thread.
