Hello,
I had tried to diagnose Intel Grentley platform with two Haswell-EP 2.40Ghz ES L0 stepping 12 core 135W CPU installed by Intel Processor Diagnostic Tool v2.10.0.0.MP under Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 x64 OS but got QPI link rate test failed message here, also the FSB could not be detected, I've no idea if IPDT support Haswell-EP CPU or not, but the BIOS could detect QPI link rate as 9.6T/s correctly, please advise.
Below is the test result of IPDT:

Hello jackylee,
Thanks for sharing this information.
These are future platforms but have not been release yet therefore we do not have too much information. Please note that I will pass this to the corresponding community and they will continue helping you and providing more information.

Intel® Processor Diagnostic Tool reports FSB as not supported because our Intel® processors use now Intel® Smart Cache instead of FSB. The FSB was an old technology used on previous processor platforms.

Try changing the power options to Balance in Windows and give it a try.
