So I managed to Install APO on a Gigabyte Aorus Master it's a z790 with an I9 14900K, when I opened the APO I got this error,
I did download the latest version from the Gigabyte page
Not sure if this might be a problem or if I need to be updated on another place,

It's because there will be an updated version of Intel DTT driver provided by motherboard makers. Apparently they have dropped the ball and not released the updated driver, meanwhile Intel pushed out the updated APO. So until you get the driver which includes new games and supported CPUs (12-13th gen get support now) you will get that error. Reach out to Gigabyte for the update, they all don't seem to care about providing it to us in a timely manner. It's ridiculous this was not made available on release day. Not even the 14900KS which is advertised as supported even works because the driver is being held back. Complete cluster of a release IMO. Gotta do better.
