Hi, I recently installed a i3-12100f on a Asus prime B660-PLUS D4. I installed every driver available on the download page for my motherboard and cpu, and still don't have any driver for the Sm bus controller. After using the intel® chipset software installation utility, I got the error : 0x00004E24 This platform is not supported. Is this a problem with my windows installation ? I was curious if there was a fix before reinstalling my OS. Thank you

Which OS? Be specific.
Have you thought about asking Asus where the SM bus driver is on their website?

[Maybe Windows 12 will be better]

Windows 10, and the Sm bus controller manufacturer is intel in the device specifications.

The Chipset Device Software package is definitely what you need to resolve the SMBus entry. You need to have the right one for your chipset and processor, however.
Regarding the 'Chipset' (a really bad category title for what's collected under it, IMHO), you really want to install the Serial IO, ME and Chipset driver packages.

And where can I find these drivers packages ? I've installed all the drivers on the download page on the website.

Go here: https://www.asus.com/motherboards-components/motherboards/prime/prime-b660-plus-d4/helpdesk_download/ and click on the Show all for the Chipset section. They will then be displayed.

This solved the issue, Thank you! It's kind of ridiculous that the drivers are hidden though lol
