Hello eminkdb,

Thank you for contacting the Intel community.

In this case more RPM = more cooling, the rpm is fine.

If it is too loud check if the heatsink is firmly attached to the motherboard, update your motherboard BIOS and run it at default settings.

Please let me know how it goes.

Regards,

Most enthusiast boards include fan speed control but you will have to check your MoBo manual to see just what you have to work with.

If this is the CPU cooler that came with the processor I would say the rpm is a little high when idle or all the time, you can try to get a replacement for the unit at the following link:

I've tried everything, Asus has provided a software to customize CPU cooler, no result, I've even updated the bios, no result ..

But computer works super :D

Just about that cpu, when you start it, it starts to run from 2500rpm to 2700rpm without being active (as heavy) as if google chrome (like now with that noise) is heavy .

Thank you for the information and in this case I suggest you to submit a replacement for the heatsink at the link I provided above.

Best regards,

But the problem is, I did not make it myself, but a company made it for me. PC was noisy on the first day and sent an email.

Wait for a reply.

PC is from https://www.pcspecialist.be/ https://www.pcspecialist.be/

My order: 1252908

I still have warranty.

Thank you for the information.

Being that the case, I strongly suggest you to contact your computer manufacturer and if the unit is still under warranty I'm sure they will be able to help you with it.

I'm busy, but one thing is certain for them (manufacturer) usually that it does 2700rpm, but computer makes a lot of noise. I've already sent the computer back, they're going to check.
