The 13900K accidentally lost 3 capacitors when the lid was opened, and the personnel was requested to provide the capacity of the next 3 capacitors
Thank you!

Taitai, Thank you for posting in the Intel® Communities Support.
In reference to your inquiry, since it is not recommended to remove the lid from the processor because it will void the warranty, there is no information from our side about the capacity of the next 3 capacitors.
Just in case, in the link below you will find the datasheet for the Intel® 13th generation processors, where you might be able to find useful information about the specifications and functionality of the processor:
https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/products/docs/processors/core/core-technical-resources.html
If there is a physical problem with the processor, in that case, we recommend to get in contact directly with the place of purchase to claim the warranty/refund on the unit.
Any questions, please let me know.
Regards,
Albert R.

Thank you!

Taitai, Thank you very much for your response.
We are sorry to hear there was a problem with your Intel® processor.
For this scenario, it is important to mention, that when there is a problem with a processor what is recommended is to get in contact directly with the place of purchase or with Intel® Support, to either receive further assistance or to claim the 3-year warranty instead of removing the lid or temper with the unit since, as you mentioned, that will void the warranty.
I will do further research on this matter to verify if we can provide the information you are looking for. As soon as I get any updates, I will post all the details on this thread.
Regards,
Albert R.

Alberto_R_Intel ,Thank you very much for your response.
If there are no 3 capacitor capacity information here, I can only buy a bad 13900k for the maintenance worker to transfer the capacitor

Hello Taitai, I just received an update on this matter.
After reviewing the case we can confirm that the only information we have available for the processor is the one showing the datasheet. If the capacitors were removed, not due to DOA (Defective of Arrival), and caused by extracting the lid, there is no workaround or option from our side to provide the details about the capacitors that you are looking for to get them soldered back into the PCB since this is a process that voids the warranty and that it is not recommneded. Our best recommendation will be to contact the place of purchase and check their options for this scenario.
