Where are the Turbo Bin details for XEON E5v4 processors?

For E5v3, the turbo bin details are in Table 2 of http://www.intel.com/content/dam/www/public/us/en/documents/specification-updates/xeon-e5-v3-spec-update.pdf http://www.intel.com/content/dam/www/public/us/en/documents/specification-updates/xeon-e5-v3-spec-update.pdf

But I can't find a similar document for the E5v4s (or the E3v5s). There was similar discussion here:
