I've read the white paper, I know there is support for page moddification logging in KVM. The one thing I am left wondering is which processors exactly support this? My Xeon E5-2683 does not seem to support it. Querying the almighty Google doesn't shed any light either.
If I have to buy a new CPU to use PML, I'd like to know which one to buy ...
Thanks,
Thomas.

Hello Mike C,
thanks for your reply. Is it possible to get early access to a PML-enabled processor through some university/research collaboration arrangement? We would like to investigate and experiment with PML as part of our research (http://tu-dresden.de/die_tu_dresden/fakultaeten/fakultaet_informatik/sysa/se/team http://tu-dresden.de/die_tu_dresden/fakultaeten/fakultaet_informatik/sysa/se/).
Kind regards,
Thomas.
