cpu temperature

When I open chrome, watch video or app trailer, the CPU performance in 100% and the temperature is over than 70 and heating to 90 temperature, but when I set performance on 85% the most temperature is 61. what should I do to decrease the temperature? CPU model is core i7-6700HQ

Do you perhaps have Chrome configured for CPU rendering instead of GPU?

no, I don't. I installed chrome only.
