hello ..have a problem ..just ansambled a pc with i5-3570 on a B75 gigabyte mother board ....every time i turn on pc the cpu fan kicks in with 3-5 seconds delay and start at full throttle ...is this normal? or the fan its broke or mother board issue ?? the fan on the case stats normal with no delay , just the cpu fan starts with delay at full throttle ...PSU is 500 W cooler master

It could be normal. However, you can try updating the BIOS version on the system and verify the settings in BIOS. If the issue persists, it will be necessary to contact the local support center and request a replacement order for that component.

I have the same problem with Intel G1840's stock fan.
It's not the motherboard's issue but the faulty cheapo Intel stock fan
